Or do you just say, "Nevermind" and give up on that easily? We often hear people saying that ~ Optimism is a key ✓. Well how frequently do you think about it? I understand you can't stay strong everytime, but you can at least stay positive in that phase. Today, let's talks about few crucial things which will eventually help you in becoming more optimistic with passing time.
1. CREATE A POSITIVE MINDSET FIRST, THINK BIG.
Let's start with our mind first. What are the thoughts that cross your mind on daily basis? Count them and figure it out, how many thoughts are positive amongst them. A few? Or zero? Do you know what does this mean? When your mind itself is not much into positive thoughts, how can you expect that you'll practice positivity in your day to day life. You can't expect yourself to deal with bad times when your mind itself isn't in a positive path. Just one positive thought in the morning can brighten up your whole day, you know that? No? Try it out.
2. FOCUS MORE ON SOLUTION, NOT THE PROBLEM.
I know sometimes it gets hard to find a solution when the complex situation is going around and thus, it breaks you down from the core. But thinking again and again about that same problem won't help you even a bit. Try focusing on, okay, what can be done now? Try to find solutions to fix that problem. And a tip; never ever run away from your problems, face it. It will make you more experienced. Go for a solution and pay more heed to how to fix it up now.
3. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, YOU CAN DO IT.
Doesn't matter how big that problem is, Believe in your self, say to heart that, yes I can do it. It'll become much easier for you to face that dilemma you're going through. If you don't believe in yourself, ultimately half of your confidence will eventually decrease. The one who doesn't believe their heart are the ones who can never taste the fruit of success. As we all know, Optimism is a key to success.
4. SURROUNDED YOURSELF WITH POSITIVE PEOPLE.
Yes, you read it right. Do you have a group where all they talk about is negativity and worthless stuffs? If yes, leave them immediately! Don't worry, you won't be alone. There are so many people out their full of positively and passion, the way they see their life, the mindset they have, it'll blow your mind when you will come across people who remain calm and positive even in their worse situations. Surround yourself with people who encourage you, motivates you, who cheer you up. I had also discussed some important things in my previous blog about how no one would want to stay with someone whose first priority is negativity. So, try to indulge yourself in a group full of positive people. Trust me, it will help you grow a lot more.
5. OBSERVE! OBSERVE! OBSERVE!
So, the last and the most important ( according to me ) point is to OBSERVE YOUR SURROUNDINGS. Look around and see how people deal with their situations and still stay happy and positive. How? Because ~ ( all the points mentioned above ). Observe little things around you, be observant. Pay attention to how people try to make their life smooth by coping up with difficult life events. It will help you deal with your traumatic situation too. A human learns a lot by observing things. Just like a baby, small babies cant speak, they can't convey what they want. They observe their parents and imitate accordingly. You have to follow up this "Baby rule" ( funny, right? ) , But trust me, gradually you will start to notice a slight change in you.
So, these were the five basics of how you can embrace your positivity which also helps in your growth and development. There is no age of learning things. Even if you reach your 50's, you can still learn a lot from your surroundings. You gain experience, which is what you need in life to live as happily and passionately as you can.
Fun fact - Do you know that positivie people are more attractive than the usual ones? And who doesn't want to look attractive right? Try it and sprinkle that attractive dust all over!
~ TRAIN YOUR MIND TO SEE THE GOOD IN EVERY SITUATION.
Stay tuned, stay connected, and BE POSITIVE!
